ERIN'S LAW
The Respect(Ed) curriculum is designed to be compliant with Erin's Law, a piece of legislation named after Erin Merryn that requires elementary and secondary schools to teach sex abuse prevention every year in every grade. Erin's law has been adopted, to varying degrees, in most of the U.S.
Erin’s Law legislation varies by state. Click on your state to read the law or bill relevant to you.
